EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You can exchange or return an item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. 

To return or exchange an item please visit the Returns Form in the footer of RUFFLR.com

1. Got to the Returns Form:  http://rufflr.com/pages/returns-1

2. Enter the email address used to place your order

3. Enter your Order ID (this will be located on the Order Confirmation email)

4. Click on “Look up your order”

5. Select the product that you wish to return and click on the Create Return icon.

6. A product return form will appear, fill out the details and submit. 

7. Please include your order number / order id with your return

8. Once you have submitted your return one of the RUFFLR sales team will process your request and get back to you within 1 working day.

9. Returns received outside of the 28 day period are accepted at the discretion of RUFFLR.

Please ensure the items are in a new and unused condition.

 We'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account - we can’t send a replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address.

All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us so make sure it’s packed up properly so they are not damaged on the way.

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.

We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.

If you have returned a limited edition product which is no longer available you will be refunded for the full amount at the time of purchase.

REASONS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM

 Faulty goods

If the reason for returning your item is due to a faulty product, for:

UK orders: RUFFLR will reimburse the cost of standard Royal Mail second class postage.

International orders: RUFFLR will reimburse the shipping cost previously paid for at the time of purchase.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 I received the wrong product

If you have been sent the wrong product please send back the item and for:

I ordered the wrong size

To exchange items due to wrong sizing please send back your product together with your order ID and replacement size.

We always recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Delivery is within 5-8 working days* from the moment you submit your order (excluding holidays and weekends) however we always aim to get them to you quicker.

Working days are Monday to Friday (9:00 to 17:00) excluding public and national holidays.

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).

 If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take longer. Occasionally updates to our systems or servers or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. RUFFLR cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier

Delivery is within 3-4 working days* from the moment you submit your order (excluding holidays and weekends) however we always aim to get them to you quicker.

RECIEVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through RUFFLR. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries. Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
